2. Refund & Revision Policy

Custom Design Work (Non-Refundable)

Because each design is custom-made, the design portion is non-refundable once work begins.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled only before design work begins.
• After the first proof is delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.

Revisions

• One free revision is included.
• Additional revisions (if offered) may require an extra fee.

Printing & Shipping (Final Sale After Approval)

Once you approve the final proof and printing begins:

• No further changes can be made
• No refunds will be issued for custom prints

Unresponsive Cases

If approval is not received within 14 days of proof delivery, the order will be considered completed and no refund will be issued for the design.

Customer Responsibilities

• We are not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution images, blurry photos, or incorrect text provided by the customer.

Proofing & Approval

• Customer approval is required before printing.

Final Approval & No Changes

Once approved:

• Printing begins
• No further edits can be made
• Refunds are not offered for custom prints

Photo Use & Privacy (Limited Permission)

By purchasing and uploading a photo, the customer confirms they have the right to use it and grants permission for the photo to be used only for the design and production of their personalized frame/order. The photo will not be used for any other purpose (including marketing, ads, social media, or sharing with third parties) without the customer’s explicit permission.

Photo Rights & Limited Use Permission
By uploading images, you confirm you own the photo or have permission from the photographer and any identifiable persons in the image to use it for this order. You grant us a limited, revocable license to use the uploaded image only to design, proof, produce, and deliver your personalized frame. We will not use your image for marketing, advertising, social media, or share it with third parties (except production/shipping partners if needed to fulfill your order) without your explicit consent.

Do not upload images of celebrities/public figures or any third-party images you do not have rights to use. We may reject orders that include such content.
